Description: 18th century soft paste porcelain plate by Tournai (1751 – 1890). The plate is scalloped with twisted ribs and basketry border. Ronda decor, four bouquets of flowers affixed to the wing. Similar design motifs inspired by Chinese porcelains were used by the Dutch on Delft wares of the period. Measures approximately 9.25 in diameter and sits 1.25 inches off the table on a 5 inch base. Base has three unglazed marks where the plate sat on a trivet for firing. The item(s) are antique and sold as is/as found.
