Date: Late 1800s to early1900s Origin: Was acquired at an estate sale in Southeastern Pennsylvania Size: 3 inches by 3 inches with the design being 5/16" in depth. This is a rather shallow cutter and would give thin cookies. Maker: Unknown Marks: Unmarked. Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: Nice and old cookie cutter with a nice and very desirable design. Condition: The cutter is aged to a nice gray patina. There is a few rust spots on the front and back commensurate with the cutter's age. In addition, the back is slightly bent around the design at one of the corners.
