Description: Signs of age and tarnish (see photos).The spoon is about 5.5" long. The Sterling Silver Manufacturing Company (SSMC) operated in Providence, Rhode Island from 1910-1930. There is an ornate letter "G" in the handle. My wife's aunt Gladys collected souvenir flatware and this belonged to her. It is most likely from the early 1900s time period based on my research and the age of the rest of her collection. We have been cleaning out drawers and closets of the things that have been passed down from 3-4 generations. We're selling the things no one else in the family wants.
