Description: Antique Grand Tour souvenir building of St Peter's Basilica in Rome. Bronzed white metal. In addition to the basilica, this souvenir building includes the Gian Lorenzo Bernini's colonnades and the four thousand year old Egyptian Obelisk in the center of the square. Circa late 19th / early 20th century, Italy. Condition is very good. Some scattered fine surface scratches and nicks that are not conspicuous. There is a small area of surface oxidation to the back right corner. See photos. Very nice vintage patina. The bottom liner is pushed into the bottom of the building. See photos. Displays beautifully.
