CAL- I don't have a key to wind the clock so it is unknown if the clock runs.- Displayed in a solid wood base.- Size: Round portion of clock: 5 1/4" W x 3" D- Overall dimensions: 15" W x 8" T- Condition: Good, wear and patina to the metal crown. The glass is solid with no cracks or chips. The clock has not been wound so it is unclear if it is working. Please see pictures and video. Info About the Ship: Constructed in 1915, the H.F. Alexander was originally known as the "Great Northern." It was used for naval service between 1917 and 1922. Afterwards it was converted to a passenger liner and its name was changed. The ship provided war service again from July 1942 to March 1946 under the name George S. Simonds. It was scrapped in February 1948. THANK YOU!
