Description: Antique Germany made Royal Bonn “La Fontaine” porcelain mantel clock. Clock works, Gong works. Strong springs on both. Website dated this as 1914. Ansonia internal works. Ansonia Clock Co. New York. Patented June 18, 1882. Very NICE floral patterns-Sharp looking w antique feel. Bottom half is more green color while very top is a colorful distinct lovely blue. Very attractive color combinations. Appears original key and pendulum included. Pendulum has slow/fast adjustment. Clock face has slow/fast adjustment also. Beautiful clock and condition. There are NO cracks or chips. White spot at top is just light glare in pictures and any other white spots same. Guaranteed. Clock face has minor age discoloration at center. Does not detract. I grade this 9.7 out of 10 due to minor face discoloration and bottom underside feet and underside overall looks dirty and or age worn. Bottom side could be cleaned, I’m leaving it as is original. All can be clearly seen in pics. If you’re looking for a keeper, this is it. Factory code date on back looks like 1408 ? There is a partial store stamp on bottom side. Also In pencil on bottom wood, looks like when serviced, CH CL OIL NO.12 2-24-77. Clock is approximately 11” tall X 9” wide X 4 3/4” deep. ANY questions please email me.
