Description: C. E. Waterman seemed to be most active in Hampton VA and Chicago IL so this camp may be near there. This antique shows military training exercises as well as a number of distinctive landmarks. There are lots of horses and no cars. Can't quite make out the sign on the building under construction near the railroad line. Back has "2976 Brown" written in pencil. The photograph is largely intact except a small chunk missing at the top right. The mounting board has large pieces broken off as well as edge wear. See pics.
