Description: A very, very, very lightly worn antique gentlemen's sheared beaver and silk hat. Note, it is a smaller size hat. The hat box is not original. The hat dates from the late 19th century. Black sheared beaver with silk. From hattery: Weed, Buffalo, Binghampton. Really lovely condition. Note, the inside bow is a bit loose. I see no other flaws or faults. An exquisite hat. The stovepipe is approximately 5.5 inches high (measured from outside). Brim is 1.65 inches around. Inner circumference at top of stovepipe is 19.5 inches aroundCircumference at head opening is a bit larger at 21 inches around. (measured with a cloth tape measure and using paper).
