In 1852 Chapman and Hall published his 'Table Atlas', in which this map appears. This was a comprehensive and up to date atlas of the world. Page size is 31cm by 46cmMap area is in good condition for age, engravings are clear. Slight browning and foxing. Hand colouring is not original. Blank on the reverse. Fold as issued.
