Description: Antique French Jewelry box casket. Large antique 19th century French beveled glass jewelry box or display case, circa 1850-1870. Box is made of brass and thick beveled glass panels set with prongs. I have not tried cleaning it, as I wanted to preserve the patina. Measurements are: approximately 6.5” x 5” Excellent condition for age. Has no repairs, chips, cracks or damage. I have never run across a piece like this in such good condition.
