Description: Antique Imperial Kenmore Rotary Sewing Machine w 4 Drawer Walnut Cabinet 117 Series 1942 A rare airplane like shape Sears Kenmore Imperial rotary sewing machine, with the original four drawer cabinet. The model number is the 117 series. This rotary sewing machine was designed by John Richard Morgan. He presented a sharp contrast from the multifaceted, complex appearance of earlier sewing machine designs. Original finish walnut sewing machine case with four pull out drawers. Top lifts up and folds out for a work space. Case is 30.50 inches wide by 17.50 inches deep by 31 inches tall. 59 inches wide when fully opened up. Does have the all elusive paper operating manual. 20 inches wide by 24 inches tall leg opening. It does not have the power cord nor the knee pedal mechanism. We can not test to see if it works, hence selling as is. Has loads of attachments in the original cardboard box with extra sewing supplies in the drawers are included. Cabinet will need to be cleaned and the sewing machine will need to be serviced. A very heavy duty and heavy weight sewing machines we have ever seen.
