Description: Antique chef knife in as found condition. Vintage carbon steel blades rust, always wipe them clean after every use! The blade edge is straight and true, with no dips or gouges from improper sharpening. The handle is marked Herder Phila. I dont see any markings on the blade, but there could be something more under the patina. The handle is tight and solid, with a slight gap at the very end (about a playing card's width).
