Description: antique greek key pattern salad plate from heinrich & co (h&co.). made in selb, bavaria (germany). based on the manufacturer's back stamp i am dating this discontinued pattern to around 1911. the "greek key" pattern is characterized by a small black greek key pattern band on the rim with a fine gold gilt detail above and below the key pattern on white porcelain. this classic pattern can be dressed up for more formal occasions or paired with other colors and patterns for a more informal table setting. i have taken a bunch of pictures to help give you an accurate idea of the condition. please, please, please look at them and enlarge them. i always try to highlight any flaws with the pictures. they are, by far, the most important part of my ad. also. please allow for color variations from screen to screen. let's keep it real, colors do vary from device to device. your item has been shipped with shipping insurance. accidents do sometimes happen. if it does arrive damaged or broken, please contact me and we will work through the insurance claim process together. please be sure to include clear pictures of the damage. evidence of damage is needed to make an insurance claim. this item is a true antique item. antique items from my shop are at least 100 years old at the minimum. please expect that this item has been used and loved for at least 100 years. it will have the usual wear, dings and a the "petina" that comes with items that have been used for at least 100 years. if you are expecting an item in "brand new" condition, this item may not be for you.
