Description: ANTIQUE GERMAN ARMAND MARSEILLE 390 - 18" AND AS DESCRIBED This antique doll was produced in Germany by Armand Marseille and is the popular 390 mould. She stands in height 18" and has some minor faults as described. Please note I have not been able to fully undress her due to clothing sewn on. The bisque socket head has no damage and is clearly marked on the back of the head. She has her original blue glass sleeping eyes with delicately stroked upper and lower eyelashes as well as the usual red accent dot in the corner of each eye and her nostrils. She has raised, multi stroked eyebrows. Her open mouth reveals teeth and these are either replaced teeth or they have plaster on them. Her blush colouring is lovely and bright and even and she has a little dimple in her chin. Her wig is a nylon replacement and if I was restoring her I would replace it despite it may take some soaking to remove it. Her composition body appears to be original to her with her left hand either replaced or restored and one of the top parts of her legs may have been replaced or re-painted also. The rest of the body I could not access but all feels solid. She comes wearing a combination of vintage/antique clothing with some holes in the white cotton part of the frock. She has underwear, socks and shoes. She has a pretty face and with some extra TLC will be a nice addition to any collection. If p & p is under what is showing I will refund the difference.
