The surface of the sides, base and cover of this impressive Georgian vinaigrette are encompassed with tooled decoration. The decoration to the hallmarked cover incorporates the bright cut engraved initials "MF" and the underside of the box bears the inscription "Anna". The silver vinaigrette cover allows access to the original, push fit, pierced decorated silver gilt grille. This impressive antique vinaigrette retains the original gilded interior. Condition This Georgian vinaigrette is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition in keeping with age. Full hallmarks struck to the interior of the cover and interior of the base are all very clear. Reflections in photography may detract from the true representation of this piece of antique silverware.
