Description: Antique E.B. FRYE MANUFACTURER BENTWOOD DRY MEASURE. This antique bentwood 1 quart dry goods measure is made of oak with an overlapped tapered joint. The joint is secured with 8 iron nails and the one piece bottom is pegged to the sides. The unfinished oak has darkened with age. The inside is branded with the makers name and WILTON N.H.. It measures 5 3/4" diameter x 3 1/2" tall. This is a well used measure with some minor chips and splits. Please look carefully at the photos.
