Description: Antique Dolly Dimple Gebruder Heuback Character Doll I am not an expert on antique dolls but I do know some. Please write if you have questions. This doll has a real human hair wig, porcelain head and hands, leather body, sleep eyes that work fine, painted eyelashes, an open mouth with 4 teeth, and she measures 18" tall. Her leather body is filled with saw dust. It has been patched in spots. Her biggest problem are her legs (mostly the right one) has damage to the leather and the saw dust if falling out. Someone else taped her right foot to try to help but she just needs someone who knows how to patch the leather. She needs an overall cleaning of her face and on her face she has a teeny tiny light spot (see pics). On the back of her neck is the square box with Heuback in the square. Below the square it says Germany". Between the square and the word Germany, someone wrote something in pen/pencil (I think pencil). it is worn and I can't read it. Her dress has some seams coming apart but otherwise it is sound. I don't see stains. Bottom line.....wipe down her face and patch her lower legs and she is great. *Please note-the shipping price is a flat rate. I mostly ship by Fed Ex and Fed Ex does not ship to a PO Box. So if you have a PO Box on file with eBay then the shipping charge to you might be more as my rates are usually for Fed Ex. *I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number. Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it. With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can. *I will only ship to the address you have on file with eBay so it's up to you to make sure the address is current and correct. *Buyer to pay for return shipping if an item is returned. *Starting January first eBay is required to collect sales tax from certain states that recently passed new laws. I have nothing to do with that....it is all through eBay. I know WA is one state but not sure of the rest. This is just FYI. Also I am now required to charge sales tax on items I sell to those in CA (since that is where I live). It will be added to the checkout total automatically if you live in CA. I am so sorry.
