On one side it says “ Centenary 1820 – Pawtucket Royal arch chapter – 1920 number four” been there is a raised coin like Circle on the top it says “constituted” on the bottom it says “May 24 A “ been three dots in a triangle. Then the number one than three dots in a triangle again and the number 2350. There’s a triangle on either side in the middle with A design inside. And then there circle in the middle that says “ T-K-S-H-T-W-S-S-“ dash is are actually dots but they’re in the center. Please see the picture. It measures 9 1/8 inches long.
