Description: I am not 100% sure just what this is, one of two things...a canning jar lifter or jar opener but it is a unique piece from the 1920s-1930s era. The metal and green colored item is perfect for collectors and those who appreciate vintage kitchen tools and gadgets. The medium-sized piece measures 9.5 inches in length and weighs 7 oz. One and opens up about 5 in, the other opens about 3 1/2 in. I would not recommend that this be used. That is probably obvious to the reader.
