Description: This 1898 hardcover edition of "Caesar de Bello Gallico" comes in acceptable to good condition, with some page separation a few pages past the front hinge but otherwise intact binding, edge wear and soiling to the spine and cover (with additional wear at top and bottom of spine and a fabric split starting along the rear fold of the spine), and minor soiling and yellowing of the inside pages (with spotting inside both covers), and additional minor handling wear (see pictures). The book was published by Clarendon Press in 1898. It was edited by St. George stock (according to the text of Emanuel Hoffman).
