Description: Soft Paste Porcelain Gold Gilt Floral Sprig Tea Cup & Saucer Circa 1830 - 1850 Very pretty early British bone china soft paste porcelain tea cup and saucer. Nicely decorated with a gold gilt floral sprig pattern, with gold gilt bands along the edge of the saucer and the inside lip of the cup. With small floral sprigs along the outside of the cup. Unmarked. Circa 1830s to 1850s. Has usage wear consistent with age to the center of the saucer and inside of the cup, and some wear to the gilding. Otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. The tea cup measures 4 5/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall. Saucer measures 5 5/8 inches wide. I have 11 cups and saucers available. This listing is for one cup and saucer. Please also note that due to this the wear to the gilding may differ slightly from the images provided as they are stock images. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the piece.
