On the corner of each base is hidden a green man face inside of interwoven vines, leaves and fruit! Candle cups are removable to adapt to differnt size candles. Both are marked with an "S" in a "Crucible", attributing these to Edwin Showell of Birmingham. This date was used from 1894 to 1928.
