Description: ANTIQUE BEAUTIFUL WROUGHT IRON SLAG GLASS ENTRYWAY/PORCH LIGHT SWAG - HEAVY This beautiful antique wrought iron hanging lamp is a perfect addition to any porch or entryway. This light was removed from the entryway of the now-closed Northwest Missouri Sanitarium that some of my other pieces listed came from. It is quite large and heavy making it a durable and long-lasting fixture. The caramel/cream-colored slag glass is smooth on the outside and textured on the inside which is typical of this period glass. This hanging lamp features a pull chain which seems very impractical for as high as the entryway was. The frame has some tarnishing like it is brass but a magnet does stick. The charm and character of this antique 1920s light fixture are sure to be a focal point wherever it hangs. The fixture only measures 27" tall x 7" deep and wide. It has a 5' chain attached.
