Interior of the book is clean with pencil notation on the front endpaper and gift inscription from former NY Assembly member with stamp on the upper right hand corner of the half title page, stamp is from a former NY state legislature member. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 131 pages, measures approximately 10 1/4 x 7 1/4 x 5/8 inches and weigh about 1 1/4 pounds.
