The entire clock case is made of real porcelain, not those cheap clay cases. It's hand painted with colorful flowers. This clock features an 8 day movement with half hour and hour strike. 24K gold plated face cover and gold trimmings on the porcelain case. This clock stands 14-1/2" tall, 10" wide and 5-1/2" deep. The movement of this clock even features a visible escapement, which allows you to see the action. This clock is made about 30 years ago, and it's still in working order now.
