The (perhaps Acme?) 5.25" x 5.50"x 1.5" double blade pastry cutter seems to have had many uses,such as a dough blender,a pastry cutter or a general kitchen chopper.The blades are heavy gauge stainless steel and there are no nicks or abrasions on the cutting edge. The metal handle has a bit of paint loss but this is a substanual kitchen tool. I just wish I could remember how my mom used it. ..
