The introduction of Glaze to European Pottery was introduced around the late 12thC almost certainly pre-dating that period. The piece measures approx 15cm in height - 11.5cm in width and is being offered in good solid and stable condition amazingly with no damage or losses present as shown, it’s surface showing considerable weathering accurate with its age and passage through time.
