Description: AMT '64 T-Bird Convertible(Kit # 6214) AMT '64 Ford Thunderbird Convertible, original issue 3-in-1 annual. Builtup as a mild custom with mostly stock parts, in box. Kit is built with lots of the stock parts (including stock front and rear bumpers, with '1961' in rear license plate area on the body and front bumper), and a dark red/orange brush-painted body in much the same color as the box's cover car. There are no fenderskirts installed, but I think some body details may be sanded as I don't see any emblems on the sides. The door handles are intact. Windshield and windshield frame/visors are intact, but there is a line in the middle of the frame's top crossbar that I'm not sure on (it may be a mold line, or it may be evidence of previous repair). Engine and interior are built fairly stock, save for a big multi-carb air cleaner. It has custom wheels on it, and the stock wheels are not included. The hood does not have a chrome insert in the 'scoop' area; it may be missing. No instructions, decals, or additional parts. There may be some pieces missing (at minimum the stock wheels, but potentially more as well). Box is in nice original condition with only minor shelfwear and fading.
