Description: Circle of Sacconi Since the violin does not carry a certificate of authenticity, I am not selling it as an original S. F. Sacconi as such. The violin is exceptionally well made violin. Look at the measurement: Mesnsure is 19.5 cm. String length is 32.5 cm. Neck length is 130 mm. Distance between eyes is 41.6 mm. LOB 35.5 cm This violin is a copy of a 1776 G.B. Guadagnini. It was made in NY as per label in the year 1970. The violin has been restored by James Banicki Violins in Vermont (see his Facebookpage for phonenumber). Feel free to call him to discuss the violin. The violin is with him currently. If you want to hear a sound clip (video not included), then let me know. 2-week trial period. The tone and sound projection is very good! Will also consider bow trade plus cash or just trade for a fine bow for a certified violin or viola bow. A desirable bow maker would be Dominique Peccatte, Joseph Henry, Sartory, Eury, Persoit, Pajeot, Remy-Maire, Voirin, Kittel, or others. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
