Description: 8" by 12" color print American Airlines Convair 990 N5614 at ORD in the mid 1960s. This 990 was delivered new to American in April 1962 and flew for AA until 1969 when it was sold to MEA. American purchased the aircraft back in 1970 and then re-sold it to Modern Air in 1971. By 1976 it was acquired by Denver Ports of Call for spares. Scanned and restored from a duplicate 35mm slide.****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans.
