Description: Ambre Topkapi by MDCI Parfums is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men. Ambre Topkapi was launched in 2003. The nose behind this fragrance is Pierre Bourdon. Top notes are Lavender, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Melon, Nutmeg, Bergamot, Wormwood, Ginger, Caraway, Basil, Cardamom and Cinnamon; Middle notes are Lily-of-the-Valley, Violet, Jasmine and Thyme; Base notes are Musk, Amber, Oakmoss, Brazilian Rosewood, Leather, Raspberry, Patchouli, Tea, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Vetiver. Ambre Topkapi is not—as the name might suggest—an amber fragrance. Its scent is elusive and complex making it easier to define the fragrance by that which it is not. Upon application citrus fruits and spices are immediately recognizable. The spices, notably cardamom, give the fragrance an exotic touch and serve as a segue to the musky, animalic base dominated by leather and sandalwood. 100% Authentic fragrances therefore, no returns are accepted.
