I bought her new without tags at least 20 years ago, wore her for one party, cleaned her, stored her neatly, and then ironed her up for you. The only thing to note is loose threads that are the result of the careful hand sewing that went into place to secure all those shisha (mirror-like) sequins. The sequins were first secured with glue - visible from the back side of the fabric (last photo) - before sewing them into place. The glue has discolored a bit but is invisible from the front. The shibori technique of hand tying rice into silk before tie dying it, and then releasing the rice kernels is precisely executed in this one of a kind garment. She belongs with a textile collector. As far as I can tell, she’s a ONE SIZE. Her measurements are in the photos. Deep sleeve vents are shown as are the shallow side vents. She floats, she flies, she’s beautiful, not giving her away.
