The system ships loaded for easier installation. 12×52″ mineral tank (correctly sized tank for 1.5cuft of media in an air injection system, a 10x54" tank only holds 1cuft for air injection systems), 3/4″ male threaded bypass connection, Fleck 5600SXT digital control valve. A single tank system to take care of many different contaminants! This system is an efficient and cost effective system for the removal of iron and hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg odor). The system maintains an air pocket in the top of the tank while the system is in service. As the water passes through the air pocket, contaminants are oxidized.
