This note is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has wrinkled folding and areas of waviness); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder it is difficult to tell if there are any tears); surface wear and fraying; holes exist along the perforation and there are three larger punch holes near the left edge (all as issued).
