This male part of the clip is what we will insert our strut bypass kit on. On most vehicles, simply plug the male connector from the vehicle into the female connector of the bypass unit. Securing the electronic strut bypass module to your vehicle Your bypass unit will be hanging, and it needs to be secured to the chassis. A good location for this is the factory wiring harness. It’s already secured to the frame of your car via this clip right here. The best location will vary based on your vehicle, just find somewhere secure to zip tie the bypass in place.
