Description: Warm greetings from Japan. Thank you very much for visiting our listing. Art & Luterie Ami parlor. The Ami parlor guitar produced by Art & Lutherie, a part of the Godin group, which is a leading guitar maker in Canada. This particular Ami was manufactured in 2000, indicated by the serial on the back of the head. It does not have the word "canada" on the head, has white peg buttons, a painted rosette, and is an early model of Ami. Featuring a 12-fret joint and a 630mm(24.8 inches) (medium) scale, it is a size that is easy to play for women, and it suits acoustic blues and slide guitar styles. It is also suitable for fingerpicking. The neck looks straight (the truss rod has not been turned forcibly in either direction). Apart from some minor dents and pick marks on the neck and body, it is overall clean and has a semi-gloss black lacquer finish that exudes a calm atmosphere. Back & Side: Wild Cherry (3-Layer) Top: Solid Cedar Neck: Silver Leaf Maple Fingerboard & Bridge: Indian Rosewood Scale Length: 630mm(24.8 inches) Finish (Lacquer): Semi-Gloss Joint: 12Fret No. of Frets: 19 Nut Width: 44mm(1.73 inches) Note: The pickguard is a simple one cut from a tablet film and can be easily removed. It seems there are Ami guitars with spruce or cherry tops as well, but reading forums abroad, the cedar and cherry combination received the highest praise. The guitar will be shipped in a PRS parlor guitar gig bag (with a tear at the base of the shoulder belt) Please inspect pictures for condition reference.
