I ship regular first class air mail only unless weight over 4 pounds then must ship faster but more expensive priority mail. 3. Custom Forms will be completed by law for the cost of the item purchased and will be marked on the appropiate custom form as merchandise or other. It is not a gift. 4. International mail sent first class and priority does not allow for tracking so I can provide you only with the custom forms number assigned to the package if you request it.
