This monitor works but has a couple of white marks when the screen is on, so it is offered for parts/repair no returns. I took a picture of the two marks on the screen surface…I think what you are seeing the raw light from behind the lcd panel from the backlight. Power cord included, supply your own signal cable. Stand included. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
