It has the signatures of White and Mellon with the more common 'a' variety. It is a cheap note that would fit in perfectly to a type collection, district set, or advanced Freidberg collection. This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 25 with a comment about minor stains.You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
