Description: A Very rare WW2 Homing/ Carrier pigeon message capsule, please see attached pics for condition before bidding,this one is in my opinion very good, for an 80 year old item, these were used by all of the US armed services, in WW2. Homing pigeons were responsible for saving many military personnel lives, and we're recognised by being awarded the most Dicken medals, to any animals which is the equivalent to the Victoria Cross, for outstanding gallantry.
