The design is made with hard fired enamel inlaid into sterling silver and is in pristine condition. Enameled hearts in various shades of blue add depth against the gold washed surface. The gold wash is very consistent and shading is simply a function of trying to take a picture of a reflective surface. You'll be THRILLED with their condition!
