Kevin is employed as a Wildlife Management Specialist with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Bear and Wolf Program. He resides in Ishpeming, Michigan with his loving wife and three children. After experiencing the devastating impact of suicide first-hand through the loss of loved ones, Kevin began the journey of writing this novel in an effort to cope with those losses, and to raise awareness of depression as a serious mental illness. The manuscript was set aside for over a decade as fatherhood responsibilities consumed most of his free time.
