Description: Description of item for sale: This beautiful gothic communion rail is from France and dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's. It is made from very heavy solid oak finished to a beautiful medium-dark oak color. The rail is in very good antique condition: straight and solid and with no woodworm or dry rot. Note that it is missing one decorative trim (see photos). Dimensions: 113.5" long, 39" tall, and 7" thick.
