Description: This finely hand-crafted candle holder is made from oak wine barrel staves from the Paso Robles Wine Country in California! The candle holder is lightly sanded back to it's original wood showing the metal band marks and other aged imperfections of a wine barrel. Then two (2) coats of finish lacquer. There is a beautiful arch that each stave has that is not easily seen by these pictures. All the staves have a wondrous curve to show there beauty! Each item is unique as no one barrel stave grain or band is the same. The underside is stained as well and shows the red or white wine previously held in the barrels. As stated, each barrel stave is different so the size is approximate. There is a beautiful arch to each stave that adds to the uniqueness! It looks great on a table, fireplace mantle, counter top or any place you're looking to add elegance, romance or relaxation!
