These unique beads were made to imitate amber which is popular throughout the world. Over the years, these kind of imitations have become quite collectible in their own right. I am unsure of the exact makeup of these beads and have not done any diagnostic tests myself. These are in decent shape for their age and use with a bit grime, discoloration, and wear.
