That's what is sticking up in the middle of the bottle. It doesn't want to stay in the barrel very good at all. That'd be easy to fix by putting tape on the pencil. I didn't because I wanted to show what was there for the next person whoever is to own it. It would look not bad except for the pencil inside of the bottle.Will Combine Shipping.
