I test all tubes thoroughly and with great care. I test them with a recently calibrated Hickok TV-7, MaxiPreamp2 and/or a MaxiMatcher2 that I meticulously maintain. I test to the best of my ability, and I report all results honestly. All tube testers are different, and you may or may not get exactly the same results. This does not give you the right to file a defect with eBay saying your test results are the know all and be all.
