Chicks, Flowers, Cross This is a nice selection of EASTER Holiday postcards with interesting themes, and that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s. This mixture has the classic Easter motifs such as: CROSS, EASTER EGGS, CHICKS, FLOWERS, RURAL SCENES, etc. The postcards are nicely drawn and have a colorful look. Two of the postcards are EMBOSSED, and two have GOLD and one has SILVER trim in the design. They are attractive postcards with good detail, which makes them pleasing to look at. These postcards have a shiny varnish on the front. They were made by the same GERMAN publisher. These are good postcards to add to a collection. They are nicely made, and will appeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a nice selection of antique Easter postcards at a reasonable price. The postcards are UNPOSTED (5) and would have been "Printed in Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARDS and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are sleeved and in good condition. Regarding condition, please note that we try to remove damaged postcards from our lots, and only sell those postcards that are worth having in a collection. However, because of their age, please expect some creases, cuts, stains, and edge wear on the postcards. We do not want you to be disappointed.
