5 Gallon AEM Water Methanol Injection Tank. WITH FLUID LEVEL GAUGE AND SENSOR

Description: This is a 5 gallon AEM water/methanol injection reservoir, with a fluid level sensor and gauge kit, installed. As far as I am aware, this is the only full-function fluid level sensor/gauge kit available for water/methanol injection reservoir use. I looked for a kit like this for years. And, I, finally, had to just make it, myself ! So, the level sensor/gauge kit is a newly available item item. The sensor has a continuous output from empty to full, with over 100 steps of resolution. It can be calibrated to indicate "empty" at any desired fluid level, in the lower 1/3 of the range; and, "full", at any level in the top 1/3 of the range. The functionality can be seen, in the attached video ( assuming that I linked it correctly ). In addition to the standard ( 240-33ohm ) gauge output, the sensor, also, has a 0-5v analog output that can be used by a logger, pump safety, Arduino, or any other device that can read a standard 0-5v signal. Or, it can be used to verify the sensor output, using a voltmeter. It features an integrated slosh tube, to reduce needle wandering. The sensor is designed for a 50/50 water/methanol mixture, or 100% water. Use with anhydrous ( 100% or "dry" ) methanol is not recommended. The gauge fits the common 52mm ( 2-1/16" ) form factor. It has a standard 240-33ohm input range; that is matched to the sensor output. The back-light color is programmable. The face reads: "CH3-OH/H2O" for methanol/water mix.
