THE INSULATOR IS NON-LOCKING ALLOWING THE ASSEMBLY TO PIVOT. HOWEVER, YOU CAN DRILL AND PIN THE INSULATOR IF YOU DESIRE THE INSULATOR TO BE STATIONARY. THIS WHITE LONG ARM WILL WORK ON BOTH THE 4 FOOT WHITE AND GREEN CAMOUFLAGE SUPPORT POLES.
